Looking for web development opportunities

My name is Sandeep. I am an MCA graduate. I have experience in BPO/Admin related jobs and want to switch my career to Technology/IT. I have completed an online internship in Python development and training in web development in Django, React. I am also interested in PHP+Laravel development and AI. I am so excited and ready to learn new technologies and want to get real time exposure. I believe passion, trust and cooperation among team mates are crucial for success. 

Can anyone help me to have real time experience as a beginner. Kindly inform if you find any opportunity anywhere/freelance projects.
