One more fix for pages example

Hi Ryan,

I've found one more fix.

Now to test pages example, user must do the following copy himself because it is installed not properly(?).

sudo cp -R /usr/local/lib/luarocks/rocks/orbit/cvs-3/doc /usr/local/lib/luarocks/rocks/orbit/cvs-3/samples

"doc" must be placed under "samples".

On this condition, user must start orbit this way below under "samples" directory :

sudo wsapi -- --op
