MV/CIEL 20140101

I have gone through some of the KenyaEMR errors and flags and have come across something worrying. It's saying that it expected MV/CIEL 20140101

Have a look and help;

you can download the latest dictionary and the entire kenyaEMR packages here

That means you have NOT installed the latest dictionary to your database. Attached is the required dictionary for your application. Just source the unzipped file against your openmrs database and restart openmrs.

Thanx alot.. at least that bit is solved... what about the 32 flags on the developer UI for OpenMRS developer dashboard..? those 1s still persist.
