Please find attached the provisional rating list after the 2013 Kenya National Chess Championships. Provisional because CK is "dead" until after next weekend's AGM to elect the new office bearers under the new CK constitution.
I have deducted 200 points from everyone to try as much as possible to approach our FIDE true ratings.
