NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 61^st Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held at the Goan Gymkhana Club, Ngara Road, Nairobi, on 27^th October 2018 from 3pm.  The agenda will be as follows:

 

1                    To read the notice convening the meeting.

 

2                    To approve the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on 2^nd December 2017.

 

3                    To read the report of the auditors on the financial statements for the year ended 31^st August 2018.

 

4                    To receive the Executive Committee Report, the Chairman’s Report and the Financial Statements for the year ended 31^st August 2018.

 

5                    Election of the office bearers:

Secretary

Treasurer

Director of Play

Committee Members (2)

 

6                    Any other business.
