Volunteers needed for the missions concert!

Hi everyone!

   I'm writing to ask for volunteers for the concert. We need about 25 people for set up, event & clean up. We are hoping volunteers arrive around 5pm (5:30 at the latest) on Wednesday July 25, since the event starts at 6pm. Here is a list of those I know as of right now. Please let me know asap if you are able to help during the event...

I can do whatever needs to be done, but I don't get off work until 6:30 so I won't be there until 7pm.  Are we doing preparation on 7/24?

Great Roz!  The only prep being done on 7/24 is pro-active food prep and Dave has that under control.  Just show up and
