My DDX9903S has been flaky recently. The reverse camera view goes blank occasionally. My bluetooth mic has long stopped working. More recently the display mechanism broke after I hit it accidently. I removed the entire display while I try to fix it. If it can be fixed/hobbled together I'll consider keeping it but it looks like I'll need a new headunit soon.
If I replace but it still sort of works I can sacrifice it for science, to see how flashing it goes.
Not sure if the replacement will be another Kenwood.

Managed to fix the display just by trimming the broken display angle arms and reconnecting the cable. Everything (besides the eject/angle) seems to work except the rear-view camera. Just constantly black now. It might be the camera itself, by I have doubts. Bluetooth is working again, the mic cable cam unplugged apparently. I was yanking on it to get more slack a while back.
I was looking into the new DDX6906s which has a 10 second timeout for the nag screen. Probably won't get it now that this one is working mostly fine again.
