But if an individual or agency is negligible then they should be responsible. We cannot control any and all possible scenarios but need to work together to make sure our students get the same opportunities that we had to obtain their educational objectives. We have yet to have an agency deny a student access based on lack of this coverage and I hope it does not become a trend. We have a policy in the hand book that states that injuries to a student are their responsibility. Hopefully, services would run agreements such as these through their legal channels to see if they would help alleviate their concerns.
