Okayso, this is the song from the film "The Greatest Showman", though I took the picture before I watched it, because I watched the scene on YouTube before, and it was enough for me, pun intended. :) So this is not a tribute to the film (the songs are great, the plot is meh), but rather to the song itself, because the voice of Loren Allred (who is the real singer behind Rebecca Ferguson's performance!) is fantastic.
By the way, I insist on the interpretation of the reprise of the song later in the film as not the just the song about Barnum's ambitions, but also about how Jenny can't do anything to win his attention - it's just never enough (and not because he has better moral standards - no, he hasn't!). That's why in reprise she can't even bring herself to continue the line with the words "for me".
If you want to be a faster runner, you have to run faster when you train! What I mean by this is that you have to push yourself to go a little faster each time you run (or at least once a week or so). If you run at the same pace all the time your body will never learn how to go faster. Sprinting is a great way to burn fat and strengthen your heart, lungs and muscles. Here is a sample sprinting workout that you can do outside or on the treadmill.
