This got sent from all 3 of my google related accounts simultaneously.
At this point i think it might be an android phone exploit but i'm
unsure. looking into it further. It scrapped through sent addresses
not contacts and just fired out at random. Out of no where too. I
wasn't even around when this happened.

Android phone? Might want to check out www.AppBrain.com - basically a web interface for the Market, with a great comment and rating system that helps you weed out Spammy apps.

Yeah. Need to identify one that might be at fault if that's the case.
Still trying to sort it out. But it seems to have spanned 3 google app
accounts but only sent from one. They all tie together on the phone.
