Rest and meditation

Been working 24 on 24 off x 3 cycles and pull one more tomorrow. Took
today off and just kayaked 20-30 min around bend at Green River lake,
found terraced rock bank. 6 ft of water, 6 inch deep on low terrace,
6 inch high on next terrace and up from there. Just sat and lie in
5-6 inches of wate, little waves lapping at my naked nuts, Sun
warming my hide, minnows pecking at my ankles, Dog sitting and
swimming near by. Surface water was warm, nice warm breeze, few
pretty clouds in sky... GOD was in his heaven.

Just sat naked, meditated, watched the birds fly, the fish jump, the
dog swim, dragon flies mating in mid air, Ready to tackle day four.

TRY it sometiime. Nakaking... naked kayaking... meeting God on his
own terms. GOD Bless
