NOT YET A KENNESSEE MEMBER AND ARE NEW TO NATURISM?

Thank you for your interest in Kennessee Naturists. We suggest you
first read the rest of this introduction as well as above website
links before trying to join. This will give you a better idea what
naturism is, and isn't. As Kennessee Naturists has moderated
membership, if you try to join for reasons far related to naturism,
your membership may not be approved.

Naturism (not naturalism) and nudism are basically the same thing and
can be defined as social nude recreation not centered around
sexuality. Body acceptance is a major naturist theme, regardless of a
person's physical shape/appearance. Another theme is experiencing a
fantastic sensual freedom; many clothed activities such as volleyball,
swimming, etc, can be more comfortable and better enjoyed nude.
Naturism/nudism is often family oriented and can represent all ages,
races, income levels, job occupations, political and ideological views
as well as most religions. We believe the nude human body is decent
and is neither sensational nor shameful. Like clothed people,
naturists consider sexuality to be an important but very private
matter.

Thus, naturists are nude for reasons other than sex, exhibitionism,
etc.

Thus, if you only want an adult-oriented list with porn/sex-centered
nudity, don't waste your time here at Kennessee Nudists; simply go to
other groups, or start your own group.


IF YOU WANT TO JOIN

As noted, membership requires prior approval. To join in a way to
make the most of available group features, you need to use Google
Group's web interface to sign-in to your Google Account using a valid
email address and password which will get you access to your Google
user ID. If you don't have a Google Account, you can register free of
charge. Any email address (Google 'GMail' and otherwise) will work
just fine for the sign-in process.

Another option is to join via a valid email without a Google user ID,
although your subscription will be email interface only and thus this
will limit your ability to use group features. To start the
subscription process for an email-only membership, send an email to
kennessee-natu...@googlegroups.com .

Note: Due to recent dramatic increase of attempted spams by apparent
automated spamming programs, those applying for membership via web
browser need to manually write in the fill-in box their interest in
naturism and this group; otherwise, it may be assumed you are an
automated spam bot and membership could be denied. Even new approved
members may be moderated until they demonstrate they are legit.


IF YOU ARE APPROVED FOR MEMBERSHIP

Major topics for discussion on Kennessee Nudists can include trip
reports to nudist clubs, alerts about anti-nudity legislation that
endangers naturism, questions from newbies, etc. Dialog, exchange of
ideas, and tactful debate of naturist issues are welcomed including
from naturism opponents. Members are expected to use good manners;
please debate the *issue*, not the poster. Members also need to keep
main topics on message board limited to naturism. This said, naturist
posts that tactfully include secondary issues can be fine and this
includes secondary sexual issues (such as male naturists concerned
about being 'visibly excited'). However, offtopic posting (especially
when porn, swinging, pick-ups, etc, are main topics), commercial spam,
flaming, harassment, and trolling will not be tolerated and are
grounds for banning or removal.
