Some good news to report. With the end of the regular session of the
2011 Kentucky
Legislature, Kentucky HB 126 died in committee.

As you might be aware, the Naturist Action Committee has been tracking
this bill
since it first popped up in Dec 2010. HB 126 proposed changes in
possible
punishment of those with images of nudity used for things like
voyeurism. While
HB 126 had good intentions, there was concern this bill if passed into
law would
have some negative consequences on naturists. While HB 126 was
approved by a KY
House Judiciary Committee and then passed by the House floor, it never
made it
out of the KY Senate Judiciary Committee.
Thanks to NAC and to naturists that kept an eye on this bill,
especially Don
Zirbel who is NAC Board member representing Kentucky.
