As of January 18, 2009, 40 episodes have aired on the United States and 52 episodes have aired in Canada.The first 20 episodes of Season 1 were aired from August 26, 2006 to April 28, 2007, while the last 6 episodes were held over until the fall season, beginning September 8, 2007. The first 8 episodes of Season 2 were then aired following them, until December 8, 2007. The remaining 18 episodes of Season 2 aired on the Canadian television network YTV, and aired on The CW4Kids beginning September 13, 2008, but then was removed from the block on October 18, 2008 after airing six episodes.Each season consists of 26 episodes, while each episode consists of two eleven-minute segments.[1]
"Viva Ned Flanders" is the tenth episode of the tenth season of the American animated television series The Simpsons. It first aired on the Fox network in the United States on January 10, 1999. In the episode, Ned Flanders, who is revealed to be 60 years old, feels that he has not lived his life to the fullest. He asks for help from his neighbor, Homer Simpson, who takes Ned to Las Vegas to show him "the right way to live". However, while there, the two become intoxicated and accidentally marry two cocktail waitresses.
The episode was nominated for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Animated Program (For Programming less than One Hour) in 1999, which it ultimately lost to King of the Hill. Following the tenth season's release on DVD, the episode received mostly positive reviews from critics. Amber and Ginger have appeared in later episodes in the series, the first time being the season 13 episode "Brawl in the Family", which serves as a continuation of "Viva Ned Flanders".
Similarities have been noted on multiple occasions between this episode and the 2009 film The Hangover, particularly in the inclusion of plot devices such as intoxicated, unexpected marriage and the protagonists meeting an iconic boxer, as well as featuring a massive suite at Caesar's Palace (or "Nero's Palace" in The Simpsons).Amber and Ginger would re-appear in later episodes of the series. They first returned in the season 13 episode "Brawl in the Family", in which they track down Homer and Ned. In the DVD commentary for said episode, current show runner Al Jean praised "Viva Ned Flanders", but stated that he thought the ending was "loose".[15] He said, "Usually, like, if you leave a wife like, in Vegas, they track you down". "Brawl in the Family" was produced to "resolve" the ending to "Viva Ned Flanders".[15] In the season 18 episode "Jazzy and the Pussycats", the Simpson family attend Amber's funeral, after it is revealed that she has died of a drug overdose while waiting in line to ride a rollercoaster.

The myriad challenges of the central movement were surmounted with ease and technique to spare, Heatherington and the orchestra providing playing of whirlwind vivacity in support. The reflective nostalgia and edgy restlessness of the closing movement were surely and sensitively etched by Lipman as well.

Viva Las Pegasus is the twentieth episode of season six of My Little Pony Friendship is Magic and the one hundred and thirty-seventh overall. The title is a reference to the tourist slogan "Viva Las Vegas", made popular by the 1964 film of the same name.

Hell on Wheels thundered back onto our screens for its second season premiere "Viva La Mexico" this week. The show is back to its familiar Sunday night slot on AMC, a little earlier in the year this time. Hopefully getting it on the air before the fall season gets going on the networks and pairing it with the excellent Breaking Bad will draw some more viewers to the sophomore Western. Certainly Breaking Bad and Hell on Wheels played well together this week with both episodes featuring tense train robbery sequences.
This episode features a lot more of the slowly growing railroad in action than we were used to from the first season, which allows for some impressive visuals. The night time robbery that provides the episode's cold open has some beautiful footage of a train being brought to an unplanned stop; the sparking breaks rends the darkness as the outlaws shatter its peaceful progress.
So far the 2022 cycling season has delivered some upsets and surprises, thrilled to a rising Scandinavian star, and exposed the unexpected hazards of the celebratory prosecco on the stage winners podium.
