My heart weighs heavy;
I know not what to think.
My worst fears alive,
Pushing (me) towards the brink
of mindless self-loathing, and
sociological despair.
I feel so alone, surrounded by so many.
All I have is me and my own, but
that is the light in the darkness-
I know I won't be left behind.
It's time for me to make my move;
Time for me to shine.
