Today's meeting

Hi,

some notes from today's pre-season meeting:

* As told before, the training times are Mon, Wed 19:45-21:15 in
Reiniku. The first practice is already next Monday, September 4th.
* We will start with monthly fee of 45 EUR, which is borderline ok, and
hope that there will be enough people to cover the costs. (If anybody
wants to calculate, the Reiniku hall costs 25 EUR/h which makes 337 EUR
per month).
* The beginner course will start on September 18th.
* We will use Facebook paid ads to promote the beginner course. We will
also make page on Instagram. (nobody was willing to create an account on
TikTok :) ).
* We will also make posters as usual, Margus will deal with these.
* We will present on Momiji festival if it happens this year (last year
it was in October). Also, if anybody has good venues for demonstrating
kendo, please let us know and let's go there.
* We will organize beginner seminar at the end of October/beginning of
November. Margus will talk to Gonzales and/or Korkalainen to see if they
are available.
