Main points from the pre-season meeting

Hi, the main points from yesterday's meeting:

* The practices start on Monday, 05.09
* The beginner course starts at Monday, 12.09. Which means that we
should start advertising quickly. Luckily we can reuse last year's
posters. :)
* The monthly fee is increased to 35 EUR and one-time fee is 7 EUR.
Hopefully we will manage. Current balance is 440 EUR which is less than
last summer, but we do have some buffer in case some month does not
bring in enough money.
* If there will be any demo opportunities (for example, during
Animatsuri, etc. we will take them).

Let's dust off our equipment and start mentally preparing for kendo
season. :)
