MUMBAI - Following are the highlights of JSW Steel Ltd.'s
announcements
at its annual general meeting held today:

* To invest 140 bln rupees in projects by 2010.
* To develop iron ore mines in Chile over the next 3 years.
* Chile mines' initial capacity 4 mln tn per year.
* Company has acquired coal mining concession in Mozambique.
* To produce more than 5 mln tn crude steel FY09.
* In joint venture to set up steel re-bars plant in Georgia.
* To hold 49% stake in 175,000-tn-a-yr Georgia steel JV.
