Thank you for submitting your abstract, UPTAKE OF FREE VIRAL LOAD SERVICES IN KENYA, for the ASLM2014 conference in Cape Town, South Africa. I am happy to inform you that your abstract submission has been accepted as a poster presentation. Let me congratulate you on this achievement! As the primary contact for the submitted abstract, it is your responsibility to inform co-authors about your abstract’s acceptance.
To confirm your participation in ASLM2014, please reply to AS...@courtesyassoc.com no later than 23 July 2014. If you do not confirm your attendance, then we will assume that you or a designated presenter is unable to participate in the programme and we will not reserve a poster board for you. Please include your abstract ID number (726) in any correspondence.
As a poster presenter, you are required to register and pay for the conference. Please follow the instructions below.
1. Please visit our registration site at: https://www.eiseverywhere.com/ehome/65245/Registration
2. Enter your email address and ID Code (ASLM2014SPEAKER). Select “General Attendee” or “ASLM Member”.
3. Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
PRESENTATION LOGISTICS
As a Poster presenter you will have a poster displayed in the poster hall, and should be available to answer questions during poster sessions. You will receive information about poster specifications and session times as we get closer to the conference.
IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER:
(Optional) Early Bird Registration Ends -- 31 August 2014
Confirm Participation as a Poster Presenter -- 1 September 2014
Speaker Release Form Due -- 12 September 2014
Onsite Registration Opens -- 29 November 2014
Seminars Begin -- 30 November 2014
Poster Sessions -- 30 November - 4 December 2014
