Subject: RE: SPECIMEN DELIVERY AND DISPATCH OF RESULTS
Dear EID Nairobi team,
We have been informed by our courier person that you will no longer receive specimens on Fridays after 12pm. Kindly give us a way forward on how would prefer us to store specimens collected on Friday but we are unable to deliver at your lab before noon.
I am again kindly requesting that pending results for EDARP be released. For example batch 16700 has a client whose result is positive. We cannot provide the infants result to the mother without documentation. Treatment management is being affected yet the results are available the only problem is that they have not been uploaded. This is an issue that can be resolved and has taken too long to be rectified. We are forced to give excuses as to why results have delayed and the mothers we serve are getting frustrated.
Kindly assist us to enable us serve our clients better.
Thank you,
David
