Bake Sale Fundraising Event 5 Nov// Venta de pasteles para recaudar fondos

Good evening,

The Kemp Mill PTA is hosting an Election Day fundraising bake sale on Tuesday, November 5th.  The goal is to run from 8am-6pm. We need to have a person identified to set up and one for clean up.

We need help with 2 things:

1. Baked good donations or money donations 

      -Bring baked goods wrapped in individual ziplock bags to school on Friday (teacher's lounge) or on the day of the event

      -Cash App $KMESPTA)

2. Volunteers to run the bake sale

La PTA de Kemp Mill está organizando una venta de pasteles para recaudar fondos el martes 5 de noviembre. El objetivo es que se realice de 8 a. m. a 6 p. m. Necesitamos tener una persona identificada para preparar y otra para limpiar.

Necesitamos ayuda con 2 cosas:

1. Donaciones de productos horneados o donaciones de dinero 

- Traer productos horneados envueltos en bolsas ziplock individuales a la escuela el viernes (sala de maestros) o el día del evento

2. Voluntarios para realizar la venta de pasteles

To date we have not received any donations towards the bake sale and only have 2 volunteers signed up to work (myself included).

I will monitor the online sign up sheet (see first email) and if we do not have more volunteers by tomorrow evening, I will be cancelling the event.

Hi Kemp Mill Families,

The Election day bake sale is ON! We have 2 total volunteers and $100 total in donations. Jonathon Hyon will have everything set up by 9am and I will be there for the later shift around 2pm until 6:30pm (or until we run out of snacks!). Set up is right inside the main doors to the left.

Please drop off items between 9am-1pm if you have any time to donate. If you are able to assist with volunteering, you and your children are welcome to come by and help. The kids make great salespeople!

Hola, familias de Kemp Mill:

¡La venta de pasteles del día de las elecciones ya está en marcha! Tenemos 2 voluntarios en total. Jonathon Hyon tendrá todo listo a las 9 a. m. y yo estaré allí para el turno posterior a las 2 p. m. hasta las 6:30 p. m. (¡o hasta que nos quedemos sin bocadillos!). La instalación está justo dentro de las puertas principales a la izquierda.

Estoy usando algunas de las donaciones de la aplicación Cash para comprar artículos para vender. Las niñas hacen grandes vendedores!

Deje los artículos entre las 9 a. m. y la 1 p. m. si tiene tiempo para donar. Si puede ayudar como voluntario, usted y sus hijos pueden ayudar.
