In honour of UN World Water Day and Canada Water Week (March 19-25),
the Okanagan Basin Water Board is holding a FREE public forum on
“Water for food... in the Okanagan and beyond,” presented in
partnership with UBC Okanagan.
Panelists include: Yehalem Metiku (Partners in the Horn of Africa ),
Ted van der Gulik (BC Ministry of Agriculture and vice-chair of our
Okanagan Water Stewardship Council), John Wagner (UBC Okanagan), well-
known permaculturalists Javan Bernakevitch and Michael Nickels, and
the OBWB’s Anna Warwick Sears.
WHEN: Tuesday, March 20, 5-6:30 p.m.

Light refreshments will be served.
