ECCO Center Garden Team aka "TLC Team"

Hello all,

Thank you for volunteering to be key players in this group. I know
that some of you were at the Ecco Center yesterday and we made some
great headway and our garden is born it seems.

I am hoping that we can get together to discuss the following issues
within the next week and hope that we can work out a time in the
evening that works sometime this week or perhaps a Saturday a.m.
meeting. It shouldn't take us to long. Some of the topics that we
need to work on are:

1) Time table scheduling - who is available when with a solid
commitment to that time space
2) Communication techniques around scheduling/questions etcetera to do
with the garden maintenance
3) Record keeping at the garden of what have done while we are there
4) How to organize larger work party events

This is a loose agenda however, I feel they are all important topics.
Some will require a little more time, thought and input to structure.

I am happy to host at my house if that is okay with everyone. What
evening works for each of you and I am thinking that 7:00 until 8:30
should work out as a time frame if everyone is arrives on time.

I am looking forward to hearing back from you all and I will keep you
posted when I figure out what works best for all involved.
