Matrix-ks screen saver

I thought I'd be the first to start a topic on my Matrix_ks screen
saver.
If any of you have questions, ideas, suggestions, or tips/tricks about
the screen saver, feel free to post them here. This is why I've
created this group. Hope this helps. :)

I was wondering if you could come up with an MP3 format of the sound
the computers make while this matrix is up.
I remember them making a certian unique sound. If you understand what
i mean could you point me in the right direction to get it? I want to
have it playing while the screen saver is in effect.

if a new aim window comes in (or any new window gets generated with
the saver is running) the taskbar shows up but the screensaver
continues to run on top of it. it should function like a normal
screensaver and not be affected by new windows appearing

Vs. 3.4 should correct itself....but it may not be 100% fixed.
Let me know if this continues to be a problem.

Meant to post here.. I was wanting to play a playlist but seem unable
to. I have ver3.6 and have tried with pervious version to no success.
I tried as a singe mp3 track and pointing path to a wmp playlist,
nothing works. What am I doing wrong and what should I do right?

Hi, I downloaded the matrix screen saver and I'm wondering on how to get the password thing to work. 

It said I was able to log back into my computer via the Screen saver. Is it just windows 7 or does it not work all together?

James - you'll likely need to use the OS (win7) password to protect it.

Please review previous posts on this topic. 
You guys are making this out to be TOO complex.  It's not that complex. Just create a text file and type the full path to an mp3 file on one line, then on another line type the full path to another mp3 file.  This is not brain surgery.  :)
It's just a text file of mp3 filenames and paths.  You must include the full path (drive, folder, file, etc).
It works.

Could you possibly, in the next update, add a fading effect? I've seen another matrix screensaver with fading and the overall looks amazing. I don't run that one because it's resource intensive, and this one is lightweight.
I would suggest starting fading at 15 characters from the end of the vertical line, gradually to an almost transparent last character.

HI Ya - not sure if you're still managing this... just a quick one, I installed your SS and it looks great - the only problem is the characters scroll only half way down the screen and stop.  The end line where the colour changes and the characters fall to is half-way down my screen, leaving the bottom half blank...  any ideas?

windows 7, loaded latest version (3.6), using blue colour (does it with the rest), and no other option enabled (no text, mini-show, music, web, logo) and no change to the monitor configuration

If you'll look through the forum, you'll see plenty of helpful tips.  Your problem is that you're using different resolutions on your different monitors.

Just open the Monitors tab in the screensaver settings and you can manually adjust where the matrix falls - to get it to fall everywhere you want it to across your monitors/resolutions.
