2 Monitor Vertical Setup

I have two monitors, the top one is 1440 x 900 (secondary) and the bottom one is 1920 x 1080 (primary).

After reading all of the multi-monitor posts and trying each suggestion, I still end up with the screensaver working perfectly

on my top (secondary) monitor and only covering the top three inches of my bottom (primary) monitor while the rest of the monitor is black.

Regardless of how much tweaking I do to the positioning settings, the bottom (primary) monitor continues to display the same amount of the screensaver.

My current x/y positions are:                           Left-most: 0                         Right-most: 1920                           Start Height: -900                           Total Height: 2000

It's likely your height settings. 
Your total height of both monitors is 1980px.
It's been a while since I tried this scenario.  Try boosting your height to 2700 and see if that puts you closer.
