Movie Clips Question

Sorry, I'm just a little confused about the movie clip feature. Is it possible for me to use a video clip of my own if I convert it to SWF? If so, how might I go about that?

  You can use the html template file to display anything that your browser will support.  :)
Just use the embed tags, etc.
