October meeting minutes

Hello Kelly Farm homeowners. Please find below the minutes for the
October meeting. Not much going on these last few months.

Board Meeting Minutes
October 5, 2010

The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm. Members present were Mark
Jones, Doug Otte, Scott Chenore, Diane Alexander and Betty Englehardt.

1. Approval of Minutes:
• Scott made a motion to accept the September minutes as written,
Diane seconded the motion; it was voted on and passed with unanimous
approval.

2. Old Business:
• Doug gave a short history on the property at 220 54th Ave. The
current renters sent a letter regarding the resolution of the covenant
violations. It was determined that the renters deserved a personal
message informing them of the concerns the board has had with the
owner of the property and its covenant violations. Betty said she
would talk to the renters.

3. New Business:
• No new business was discussed.

4. Treasurer's report:
• As of September 30, 2010 there was approximately $61,000.00 in the
bank accounts. Diane reported that she had a computer crash and she
was in the process of re-establishing the account information on a new
computer.

5. Adjournment:
• The meeting was adjourned at 7:30pm.

The next meeting will be Tuesday, November 2, 2010 at 7pm.
