Hello KF homeowners:
The neighborhood is looking festive with all the lights and
decorations on the houses. Here's hoping that everyone has a
wonderful holiday season.
Here are the minutes from the November meeting.
Kelly Farm Owners Association
Board Meeting Minutes
November 2, 2010
The meeting was called to order at 7:03pm. Members present were Doug
Otte, Scott Chenore, Diane Alexander, Sheryl McBride and Betty
Englehardt.
1. Approval of Minutes:
• Scott made a motion to accept the October minutes as written, Diane
seconded the motion; it was voted on and passed with unanimous
approval.
2. Old Business:
No old business was discussed
3. New Business:
• Common area water meter reimbursement. The 2010 watering season
will see a reimbursement of $1,498.32 divided amongst the eleven
homeowners who provide water for Kelly Farm common areas. The 2009
reimbursement was $918.23.
• Annual Architectural Committee Reviews. There were a total of 33
reviews. 1-new home, 10-exterior painting, 5-fencing, 5-landscape, 3-
play sets and 9-miscellaneous. 2009 saw 48 reviews.
• Expenditure for broken sprinkler clock. Bruce Gouker reported that
the sprinkler clock located at the corner of 1st St. and 52nd Ave is
not functioning properly. The Board allocated up to $1000.00 for the
repair of the apparatus by Northern Colorado Handyman Services, LLC.
4. Treasurer's report:
• As of October 31, 2010 there was $54,896.00 in the bank accounts.
Sheryl made a motion to accept the Treasurer’s report, Doug seconded
the motion; it was voted on and passed with unanimous approval.
5. Adjournment:
• The meeting was adjourned at 7:30pm.
The next meeting will be Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at 7pm.
