July meeting minutes

Hello Kelly Farm homeowners:

Here are the minutes from the July meeting.

Kelly Farm Owners Association
Board Meeting Minutes
July 6, 2010

The meeting was called to order at 7:05pm. Members present were Doug
Otte, Scott Chenore, Diane Alexander, and Raul Rodriguez.

1. Approval of Minutes:
• Diane made a motion to accept the June minutes as written; Raul
seconded the motion; it was voted on and passed with unanimous
approval.

2. Old Business:
• None

3. New Business:
• Appeal of Covenant Violation Fine for 312 54th Ave. This matter was
discussed and it was decided that the fine will be waived with the
understanding that if the violation happens again the fine will be
imposed immediately.
• Watering of tree row trees on foreclosed houses. In order to
preserve the health of the trees in the tree rows of these homes it
was suggested that we ask Bruce Gouker to water them on a semi-monthly
basis. A listing of these homes will be sent to Bruce and Doug so
they know which properties need this attention.

4. Treasurer's report:
• As of June 30th, there was $81,790.61 in the bank accounts. Doug
made the motion to accept the report as written, Raul seconded the
motion, it was voted on and passed with unanimous approval.

5. Adjournment:
• The meeting was adjourned at 7:30pm.

The next meeting will be Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at 7pm.
