September meeting minutes

Hello Kelly Farm homeowners:

Here are the minutes from the September board meeting. You may have
noticed that there were no minutes from August 2010 as there were no
items on the agenda, there was no meeting held.


Kelly Farm Owners Association
Board Meeting Minutes
September 7, 2010

The meeting was called to order at 7:05pm. Members present were Doug
Otte, Scott Chenore, Diane Alexander, and Tim Smith.

1. Approval of Minutes:
• Scott made a motion to accept the July minutes as written, Diane
seconded the motion; it was voted on and passed with unanimous
approval.
• There were no minutes to approve for August, 2010 as no meeting was
held.

2. Old Business:
• Appeal of Covenant fine by owner at 308 54th Ave.
Myron Hastings, owner of the residence, appeared before the Board and
notified us that all violations were rectified. The Board made the
recommendation that the renters should be made aware of the need to
keep the property acceptably maintained. The Board made the decision
to waive the violation fee.

3. New Business:
• Payment and billing for covenant violation fines.
As of September 7, 2010 all fines will be reset to a zero sum.

• Pruning of tree row trees by owners. Doug will formulate a letter
to be sent to all tree row owners regarding the proper technique for
pruning trees so that individuals walking along the sidewalk will be
unobstructed from low hanging branches.

4. Treasurer's report:
• As of August 31, 2010 there was $68,174.51 in the bank accounts.
Tim made the motion to accept the report as written, Doug seconded the
motion, it was voted on and passed with unanimous approval.

5. Adjournment:
• The meeting was adjourned at 8:10pm

The next meeting will be Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at 7pm.
