the Clubhouse.

a. Role call to determine the existence of a quorum of the Members.
• The meeting was called to order at 7pm. By count there were sixteen
homeowners present which did not account for greater than 5% of the
voting members. Therefore, the meeting was adjourned and immediately
recalled which enabled the meeting to proceed where at least 2% of
voting members were present which then constituted a quorum.

• Betty Englehardt confirmed that the proof of notice of the annual
meeting was mailed to all members.

c. Reading the unapproved minutes of previous month’s meeting and the
taking of necessary action thereon.
• Doug Otte made the motion to accept the January minutes as written.
Raul Rodriguez seconded the motion, it was voted on and passed
unanimously. There were no February minutes as no meeting was held in
February.

d. Reports of officers.
• Mark Jones made comments regarding highlights of the 2010 calendar
year. A summary of the Kelly Farm Pool Association was reviewed. A
comment on the continuation of the landscaping project along 59th Ave

financial picture for Kelly Farm. Total income for the year was
