All Cellars greyed out

All Cellars on menue is greyed out and the only cellar shown is My Cellar which does not have any storages.  I can search i.e. Cabernet and see storages but I can't access the cellar that they are in.  How can I access the other cellars?

Thank you for the quick response!

I did not transition to a new device....I have been using a Galaxy Tab S7 for a couple of years.  Tablet and kellermeister software are up to date. 

See attached for screen.  

There should be another Cellar...this one is empty.   However All Cellars tab is not responsive.

Yes.  I was showing the app to my nephew so I'm sure I did "something" but I don't recall doing anything that I hadn't done before.  I showed him the various views by vintage, etc and search feature and then selected a Cellar. Then I couldn't get back to the Cellar with my storages.    

My storages are still available via the search feature.

On the bright side: I think I was able to find the reason for the issue. The not-so-bright side: this will require a change on the app.

What happened? When showing the cellar you probably have launched the edit screen which allows to switch from private to commercial type. Unfortunately the main navigation shows private cellars only.

Is there anyway, prior to updating the app, that I can get back to the private cellars only view?

If you didn't switch the cellar in the meantime you could try to edit the cellar and toggle the cellar type back to "private" ;)

I can’t edit the cellar because the app only shows the “My winecellar” Cellar.

Do you have a schedule as to when the app will be updated?

 

Since I can see the storages when I search; i.e. Cabernet, could I create a new Cellar and then transfer the storges to the new Cellar?

Please try switching on the displayment of commercial cellars in the preferences. Most probably your cellar will bei available in that list.

That didn't work.  Still only shows the "My winecellar" Cellar. 

What does Transfer storage do?  When I select that from storage menu it lists cellars.

Does the list consists of more than one cellar?

The „transfer storage“ moves the storage to the selected cellar.
