As you know, a lot of users of the Kellermeister app are having issues. I've seen some people post about the issues being resolved for them, but for me that's sadly enough not the case.
After the update to version 26.06.1 I lost my entire cellar, so I started looking for solutions. I noticed people saying that going back to the previous version solved the problem, so that's what I tried to do. I then got most of my entries back, but apparently not the ones after 4 april 2026. It seems all the entries after that date weren't synchronized to the app server, even though I was always logged in with my google account and synchronization was turned on in the app settings.
I have been adding a lot of wines recently, but I can't seem to get the data from the last two months back. I research all of my wines thoroughly to add all professional reviews I can find and the official information from the wineries, so you cab imagine I now lost hours and hours of work because of the sync problem.
I installed version 26.06.2 and I still don't have this data back in the app. Whenever I synchronize, I get a message saying: "There has been an error with synchronization: unknown."
I really hope you can help me to get the lost entries back. Thanks in advance for your answer.
