Yesterday we heard from Mr. Ronnie Cho in the White House's Office of
Public Engagement. In his presentation he explained the importance of
the young population becoming civically engaged. In particular, he
said that young people nowadays are not active citizens. In this
discussion, please reflect and comment on the how you are civically
engaged. Do you actively participate in the political system in
Korea? Do you volunteer your time and give back to your community?
What issues do you think young people are interested in? What issues,
other than education, are you interested in?
