Got all of the geiger counter parts in this week, and did a test fit of everything. Attached are some photos of the test-fit. The cosmetic trim on the outside rim isn't in place because as a 3D print it's a bit fragile and I don't want to risk taking it on and off too much.
So far, only a couple of small tweaks need to be done, no major issues. The biggest one is that the 30-pin vertical mount FPC connector doesn't have the correct FPC mating thickness, which means the OLED is loose in the socket. I'm going to see if I can find an alternate that fits in the same footprint; if not I can always, at least for this run, increase the cable thickness by bonding sheets of tape to it.
