Most of the work is already done by Safecast and available now -- there's no need for Japan to wait till March.

Also interesting is that after the previous all Japan map by helicopter, this is being redone again.

Wondering the exclusion zone map is being triggered by our recent release of measurements in the zone by Safecasters
