I'm having this exact same issue and I feel like its something to do with gaming services, personally for me Xbox will not install gaming services and it seemed to have happened when Roblox stopped working.
i had this problem. what fixed it for me though was seaching through every file on my device for something thats related to roblox. then i deleted them all. i had 5 more wierd files that i couldnt delete because of an error. after i had those 5 files left i just reinstalled roblox and it worked. maybe this helps.
Windows10Universal.exe is the name of the executable for the Microsoft Store version of Roblox. RobloxPlayerBeta.exe is the name of the executable for the normal desktop version of Roblox downloaded from the website.
we have done many thing line resetting app and reinstalling it or even reinstall Microsoft store, but nothing get better, even SFC /scannow.. we need serious solution for this, once Microsoft get involved with anything it get worse
