INTERNATIONAL YOUTH GREEN SUMMIT  2013
CALL FOR SUMMARY
 
International Youth Green Summit (IYGS) is an international forum, aims to provide an understanding of the facts and the impact of global environmental, support youth to initiate project in their home country and solve the environmental problems then their respective countries, be a good chance for international youth to exchange ideas and discuss ways to solve environmental problems. We also try to call youth generation to take actions and save the environment for better living. The Summit Event will be held from 19-22 April 2013, in Jakarta-Indonesia.
 
The summit committee invites everyone between 16 and 30 years of old from  relevant disciplines to submit the summary  and to present their interest in IYGS 2013.  Participant of IYGS devided to three group, they are:
1. IYGS Delegate
If you become IYGS Delegate, you can join all the session program (April 19-22, 2013) and have the oportunity to presented your green project. You can join individual or group with not more than 5 people each group. IYGS delegates are expected to contribute to the environment by creating green programs. The program is expected to be the solution of environmental problems in your country. IYGS delegation is also expected to implement the program after finished this summit and returning to each country.
a. To become IYGS Delegate you have to fill up registration form and submit the executive summary. The commitee will be selected the IYGS Delegate based on your data and your executive summary. Deadline for the registration is February 28, 2013.
b. The Committee will inform you whether you accepted or not in not more than 5 days after you submit registration form and executive summary.
c. If you are accepted as IYGS Delegate, you should  Pay registration fee,  Submit your full proposal (10-20 pages) and Submit the promotion video about your program (3 minutes duration in maximum). This video is optional, you can make it or not. If you make a video, you should upload into youtube and attached the link in IYGS’s Facebook Fanpage. The commitee will chosee the most favorite video based on ‘likes’ from the audience. The most favorite video will get the prize in IYGS Closing Ceremony. Deadline is March 20, 2013. After submitted the proposal, committee will also inform you whether you become oral or poster presentation. The detail about this presentation will sent to your mail.
2. IYGS Listener Participant
If you become IYGS Listener Participant, you can join all the session program (April 19-22, 2013) but you have no chance to be speaker in presentation session, both of oral and poster. If you want to be IYGS Listener Particpant you have to fill up registration form and pay registration fee. Deadline is April 10, 2013.
3. IYGS Open Seminar Participant
If you become IYGS Open Seminar Participant you can only join Open Seminar Session (click to see about Open Seminar Session). You have to fill up registration form and pay registration fee. Deadline is April 10, 2013.
