I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an issue with my Gmail account. Specifically, I am unable to receive emails from BTCC Exchange (btcc.com).BTCC <nore...@btcc.com> I have checked my spam folder and ensured that the email address is not blocked, but the emails are still not being delivered to my inbox.

Could you kindly assist me in resolving this issue? I rely on these emails for important updates, and I would appreciate your help in ensuring they are delivered correctly.
