Hey,
Just made this w/the trusty ol' bread machine and did it ever turn out
well. Pretty much a meal in a slice
Not Sweet Challah (White) For Bread Machine
INGREDIENTS
* 1 cup milk keefer
* 4 Tbsp - Sugar
* 2 eggs, room temperature
* 2 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
* 1/2 cup olive oil
* 4 cups unbleached white flour
* 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Add ingredients to the pan of the bread machine in the order
listed above.
2. Select 2lb. Basic Bread.
3. Start.
