Hi All:
I have a queston about straing the new batch of Kombucha. Are there
any restrictions about the kind of strainer? Metal ok? Plastic ok? I
think I 've read some stuff about not using metal at any point in the
process.....but wanted to double check.
Thanks!

Yea,
They don’t want metal. I think spoons and cutlery are OK but I know pretty much all metal stariners rust so I got a plastic one from the dollar store.....they were.... a dollar lol
