Minutes of the Association meeting held  on 18th March,2023. 

1) The Total cost of the project will be between 10-11 lakhs(labour around 4.2 lakhs and balance towards materials), as mentioned in Watsapp group yesterday. This is the lowest quotation that we have received.Following will be done:

a) chipping off terrace by ...inches

b) reinforcing the concrete top with a fresh layer.

2) Residents are requested to transfer the first instalment of 10,000/- by March 22nd(Wednesday). The remaining balance to be transferred will be communicated in due course during completion of the work

3) If payment is not received in association a/c, this amount would be shown as dues in maintainence file.

4) Residents are requested to pay without any delay and talk to owner to ensure that payments reach association account.
