Dear Residents / owners, We have been trying to start of the terrace water proofing work since last September/October-2022. We have met with a few vendors, taken quotes and collected money from a few owners. In view of the recent developments, please note the following: 1) We are not going ahead with terrace water proofing work, as few owners have not yet paid the amount and some owners have categorically refused to pay. 2) In regards to my flat (A-406) where there is leaking into kitchen from terrace, I will be doing terrace water proofing using damp proof paint (Dr Fixit solution) for Rs 15,000/- with association funds.This is for FYI of owners. 3) There will be a Association meeting on May 14th to discuss the following: (a) Discuss procedure to refund the amount collected for terrace water proofing from owners collected.
