Hi Santhosh,

I regret to inform you that we missed to pay the maintenance for the last month as I had not received the file last month. 

For this month, we are supposed to pay an additional amount of ₹200 as a penalty. I would request you to kindly waive off this amount since the lapse was totally unintentional and it was a miss from our end in a way that we should have confirmed the amount from the security guard.

Please let me know if I can go ahead and transfer ₹ 7102 for two months. Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted and will not be repeated in future.

Hello I am Bhramaramba owner of B 404, last month I have received maintenance due as Rs.2296 and I duly paid the same so I would like to request you to see why my account shows pending for the last month as you have mentioned. Anyway I made payment of Rs.3070/- but I would like to know the clarification for Rs.470/- shown as due. Please let me know. Also I have requested you to add me for the group's what's app.

Hello Mr Santosh I understood and thank you for your instant reply. As per invoice raised for the month of February the maintenance was Rs.2296/- and I had paid the same and now it might be the difference due to some other reason. Though the amount is not much I wanted to know why the discrepancy was. That's all. Anyway thanks and regards

Hi Shashank,

In addition to having a hard copy with security, we have kept last months maintenance file printout at the B block notice board also.  Kindly transfer the amount as mentioned in the current file (circulated via email/watsapp) as every resident in the building follows the same.

Please note: This months hard copy of maintenance is not available on notice board as there are no print shops open. But a handwritten copy is available with security.

        MC fixed part is Rs2300 from Feb 20 onwards for all and plus water charges. No way you will get 2296 as MC, pl refer the correct excel sheet
