Urgent:

A meeting is planned today at 11 am near security desk, to decide on house shifting in our apartment. All are requested to attend.

Minutes of the meeting held on 16-05-2020 in regards to shifting of residents in the current situation:

A) Shifting of Residents:

 1) Resident should provide family details, id proof and proof of current address.

2) Timings - Packers and movers will be allowed into the premises between 12 PM to 5 PM. Transfer route of  Packers and movers from vehicle to flat will be decided at the time of unloading. Delivery boys should wear protective equipment like masks and  gloves during the transfer process. Their transfer route inside the premises will be sanitized.

3) Quarantine - Residents should self quarantine for a period of 14 days from the date of moving in as other residents who are in. Existing support system will take care of their medical/grocery related delivery to their flat during this period.

4) There should not be disposal of packaging material waste for 3 days from the date of moving in.

 

B) Maids: Existing residents who are interested to restart services of maids are request to provide maids contact details to security and update in the group.
