Dear Residents,
Following are minutes of the meeting held on July7th @ 11.00 am.
Items discussed:
1) Receipts and Expenses paid till May'2020.
2) Ramp work at the gate.
3) Need for rejunevation of 4 RainWaterHarvesting(RWH) at ground level along the transformer side as the current pits are not absorbing water. Benefits would be:
(a) Rain water captured in open area of the premises will be channeled underground and would increase the water level of our
existing bore-well.
(b) Avoid water-logging in transformer section.
(c) Compliance to BWSSB rules.
(d) Preventing A block lift from getting flooded by water from our premises.
We have received two quotes (a)1,52,000/- and (b) 96,000/- for the above work.
Following has been decided in today's meeting:
1) We have decided to go with the best price quote (Rs 96,000).
2) It has been decided to collect Rs 1,500/- per flat as a one time charge for rejuvenation of RainWaterHarvesting pits. This will be required due to:
a) In 2020, there has been a significant increase in expenses due to renovating the lift(4.2 lakhs) and main gate ramp work(60,000)
b) Keep the association in case of any urgent and running expense.
Residents are requested to transfer this amount( Rs 1,500/-) to association savings account along-with maintenance payment at the earliest. This will help us to start and finish of the work before monsoon sets in.
