B406 Water meter reading issue from last 2 Bills

Hi Association Leadership Team,

I hope all doing well. Thanks for your wonderful help in dead. My name is Srinivasulu Munagala owner of B406. From last two months my house water meter not functioning correctly it is giving more like 35000 per month. My tenant assume that may be he is using  much. But now he is observing meter reading very fast with less usage. 4 months back I changed all new taps no leakage at home. My tenent said he is using very less water but still meter reading is very fast.

Please help me out to taken as complaint and do needful in next Bill to considerable amounts. This issue from last two bills.

I already call to jaibalan. He said, he will help me to get plumber number to fix this issue.

Hi Jai Balan,

Thanks for your help to get the details. Today plumber has visited my house and check that water meter. He conformed that meter is spoiled and also he refitted with new meter. Please consider the last last two months bill and this month bill to compensate with some considerable amount.

I am expecting your response soon of this email.
