Notice: Increase of Fixed Maintenance from Jan'2020

Dear Residents,

Due to increased cost of overheads in the building and to support replacement expense of key items in the apartment like lift, generator, backup bore-well, civil works near the storm water drain etc, it has been decided to increase the Fixed Maintenance to 2,300/- per month from January 1st 2019. This is in continuation of the decision taken in residents meeting held on Nov 3rd 2019.  

The increased amount will reflect in the maintenance amount in February 2020 . Please feel free to contact us if you have any queries around the same.

Dear Residents,

Civil works will start in our premises from tomorrow(01-June) to prevent water logging during heavy rains. Kindly note that from Wednesday(3rd June) morning, movement of vehicles into the premises needs to be stopped for 4 days, as ramp work would be in progress at the gate. Water will be supplied by the tanker from outside the gate. 

Works will be done in the following order:

1) De-silting of rain water drain and increasing height of the drain-wall starting near store-room section to the gate. 

2) Increasing the height of the apartment entry point above road level to stop road-water entering the premises.

3) Rejuvenation of the four rainwater harvesting pits (10 ft x 4 ft) on the transformer side driveway through re-digging and cleaning.  

Request parents to avoid sending kids for cycling/playing in ground floor as there will be workers moving with their equipment.
