Reg:B-406 flat Ceiling leakages due to rain water storing on terrace.

Hi Santhosh/ KROA Association,

Thanks for organizing things doing well in our association. There are issues in my Flat B-406 Ceiling water leakages due to heavy rains and water Storing on top of my Flat terrace. Can you please help me solve this issue as one association? or else If this kind of issue needs solve by the Flat owner itself, then please let me know I will solve it with apply some waterproofing rooftop paints. Please find the below images of how it is damaging my corridor ceilings. Please consider this one as a serious issue and it spoils/decreases the lifetime of the slab(rooftop).

****Please highlight here if any other flat owners also have the same kind of problems.****

Suggestion: This is my Suggestion to apply a waterproofing Paint on the rooftop so that it will protect the water leakages and increase the lifetime of cement and binding iring rod inside the cement.

I hope you all understand this problem and expecting the fix ASAP before spoiled the whole rooftop for level 4 people.
