Dear Residents,

In view of the lockdown coming up from tomorrow, residents may kindly note:

1) Electrician/Plumbers/Painters: Please have the electrician/plumber visit your flat only if there is any critical breakdown.

2) Housemaids: Please stop housemaid services till this lock-down is lifted. This is in the interest of everyone residing in our premises. Residents who still wish to avail services of housemaids may do so at their own risk.

3) Visitors: Avoid inviting visitors (friends/relatives/domestic partners) to the apartment unless there is an emergency. Owners who have leased car/scooter parking to their friends outside please inform them.

4) Housekeeping: Housekeeping staff services will be available during this period.

5) Packers/Movers: Packers & Movers will not be allowed into the premises till lockdown is lifted.Owners are requested to take note of the same and avoid flat visits for rent/sale etc during this period

6) Inter-district/Inter-state travellers: Please submit a copy of the medical checkup done at the district border and fill the residents travel form at the security desk.
